Chrism Mass 2001

We were thrilled to welcome Bishop Lindsay Urwin to Saint Aidan's on Friday 17th April 2011 for the Chrism Mass which was attended by priests and people from all over the Diocese and beyond. At a time of such uncertainty for our constituency in the Church of England, it was a joyous occasion to come together with the Bishop to celebrate this Mass as the oils for the coming year were consecrated.
